Plastic boxes

Box for applications where a transparent lid is required, for example equipment with LCDs or counters that require visual inspection.

  • High-resistance polycarbonate plastic lid in smoked bronze color.
  • Also indicated for placing membrane keyboards up to 1.2 mm.
  • Modern aesthetics with beveled edges and side arches.
  • Closing with M3 screws, which can be hidden with self-adapting plugs, included.
  • Double recess area on the lid and base, which allows the attachment of membrane keyboards.
  • Polished finish allows for easy surface cleaning.
  • Maximum interior capacity.
  • Turrets for mounting circuits on all bases.

Manufacturing:

  • Base in ABS plastic resistant up to temperatures of 85ºC.
  • Polycarbonate cover with high mechanical resistance.
  • Withstands temperatures up to 120º.
  • M3 mounting hardware.
  • Foamed PVC plugs.
  • Standard color: similar to light gray RAL 7035.
  • Each unit includes: cover, base, 4 screws and 4 plugs.

Options:

  • Special mechanizations.
  • Serigraphy.
  • Internal painting for shielding against EMI / RFI radio frequency, with graphitic, copper or nickel-based paint depending on the level of protection required.
  • Self-extinguishing ABS, according to UL 94 V0 grade.
  • Other colors.
